Linda McCue, Director
Linda has over a decade of search, selection and assessment experience across NHS, governmental and private organisations. She has a strong track record of delivery, particularly in difficult to fill and highly sensitive positions and has extensive experience of overseeing multi-vacancy requirements. Linda is highly adept at managing complex stakeholder relationships. She is fully qualified in both SHL Ability and Occupational Personality assessment tools and is currently studying for a Masters in Executive Coaching.

Norma French, Associate
Norma has over 20 years experience within the NHS and for eight years was the Director of Workforce and Corporate Affairs at The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust before becoming and independent consultant. She has skills in both strategic and operational areas of management within acute settings including specialist, multi-sited NHS Foundation Trusts. She has overseen the development and implementation of innovative human resources and organisational development solutions to achieve organisational goals and enable the integration of leading human resources policies into all aspects of service delivery.

Mike Frier, Head of Design and Brand
Having worked extensively in corporate design, brand and advertising for over 15 years in London and overseas, Mike brings a broad range of skills and experience from agency and in-house roles. Since completing his Masters in Design and Brand Strategy in 2002 he has combined a strategic understanding of branding with his design expertise and creativity. This has been focused on the recruitment sector as a design and brand consultant to a PLC, and in collaboration with Acertus Search and Select to provide innovative and effective design and brand solutions for public sector organisations.
